If there is no notation as to “openings available/all filled” next to a place, that means we have not heard back yet from all our tenants in these buildings. Be sure to check back frequently.
Regarding pets: A few well-mannered neutered cats and dogs are welcome with references (no “bully breeds or anything with a bite history of any breed, please. This is an insurance requirement) Additional non-refundable pet deposit of $250.
We at Ithaca Artisan encourage everyone to practice good hygiene and social distancing during the current COVID-19 pandemic. We strongly prefer using Face Time tours of apartments during this time, although if you MUST view a place in person, we require the use of masks fully covering mouth AND nose, and you must not be currently ill or been exposed to the coronavirus in the past 2 weeks. As one of our sons is a nurse working many overtime hours fighting this nasty virus, we are particularly focused on doing our part to “flatten the curve” and protect the health of our tenants and prospective tenants, as well as ourselves. We encourage people to stay informed regarding the virus and not fall victim to misinformation. Please beware also of the proliferation of shysters looking to take advantage of people’s fears during this very challenging time.
